howto remove an installed module

hi,

i have installed different modules (sometime with / sometimes without
cpan)
now i like to deinstall a little number of unused modules - but i dont
know how to do with perl (i know i can delete all files - but thats a
little bit hard - isnt it ?)

sorry if i was too fast asking that question...
there are 3 (and more) modules for doing much work of installation,
validation and deinstallation :

CPAN;
ExtUtils::Installed;
ExtUtils::Install;

i can post my little script for (a little bit of) module handling if
somebody is interested in...
