HTTP error 401.1 when accessing a web service

Windows 2003 Standard + SP1
..NET Framework 1.1

I am the admin of the server.
Using IE 6, on the server's console I want to access an asmx file . ( "Code
behind" refers to a C# file.)
I get the error HTTP 401.1.
The file has Integrated Windows authentication.



What is wrong?
