I took a project from github and its not running

The project is made in react js and d3. I have also installed react and d3 still its html file is not loading anything on my PC can anybody help me regarding this?

Is react installed properly? The main issue is the installation. Developers that share their stuff on Github often don't care for that because that is expected by nature. If you're not able to install all needed dependies, you should'nt try such stuff. Yes, sound hard and harsh but it's true. You may ruin your server with all it's "working" stuff on it. So do a backup first and than google for each needed deps within that github files before even thinking about using the actual stuff.
