ie.contains_text method

Hi,

I am just wondering why the ie.contains_text method works in the IE web
developing by PHP code.
I try ie.contains_text with the IE developed by javascript. It did check
the text in the IE. With IE develop by PHP code, it is not check the
text display in the IE develop by PHP code? I am missing something?
