IE WebControls in #Include Files

Hi All

I need to populate an IE TreeView control that's in an #Include file with
data from a database. How can I do this from code behind of a page that host
this include file? If there's a better option please advise. The #include
file contains the actual look and feel of all pages. Please feel free to
advise.
