iframe go on top of the javascript menu layer on IE 5

Hi, i have a problem with iframe and a menu layer on IE 5.0

The story is that I built an iframe below a menu layer that is generated by
dreamweaver MX, but in IE 5.0, the menu layer go behind the iframe and
cannot display correctly. Is there any way that I could fix this problem?
