IIS 6.0 "Exception from HRESULT: 0x80005006."

Hello,

I am using DirectoryEntry object from the DirectoryService. But while setting the path using newDir.Properties["Path"][0] = "someString", I am getting an exception "Exception from HRESULT: 0x80005006." Search on google says the it might be due to IIS 6.0. Can anyone give some idea???
