IIS PROBLEM

i Reinstall iis but the problem is still going on.. i disabled also norton.
how can solve this problem?

1) Post in the IIS group.
2) Look at the event log (like the message tells you to)
3) If you don't understand the event log entry, post it *in full* to
the IIS group.
