Implementating WS-RM and WS-SC in Net

Hi,

Has anybody worked on WS - RM (Reliable Messaging) and WS - SC (Secure
- Converstaion).

Basically i have a .Net Webserive and a >net Client i want to
implement WS - RM and WS - SC between them.

If you have any pointers or help it would be great.
