I want to do a little game with a kind of little ship that u can move.
now my question is: is it possible to make an object ship like an
image that I can move in one shot, example, draw my ship in paint and
then import the image and move it as I want like a .gif or.bmp or
anything else.

Yes you can do that in C++, although there might be some games developer
System Development Kit which would ease the pain. If you want to use C++
you might start by looking at the file formats you will need to know about.
Type <wotsit bmp>, for example, as a google target. But it seems quite
likely there might be a games newsgroup which might be a better starting
point for you.
