It looks as though my ISP's DNS is resolving the name incorrectly as I
can get through when going through another ISP. I've got the IP address
now (66.92.150.242) and will try again this evening

Something very wierd going on. I can tell that 66.92.150.242 is
somewhere on the east coast of the USA. However when trying to get to
rubyforge.org (which the DNS gets the right IP address for) I end up at
somewhere apparently owned by streamlineline.net saying "THIS WEBSPACE
HAS BEEN SUSPENDED DUE TO NON PAYMENT!" - this looks like a UK, not US
company. Looks as though an ARP cache is screwed up somewhere.

Does anyone know of an alternative location for the single Windows
download?
