Interfaces in Silverlight dll project

I am starting to look at using Silverlight for a large project, typically I
like to expose interfaces over classes but I noticed there was no template
for an interface when I did add new item. I was able to create an interface
and it compiled but is there any reason I shouldn't use this methedology? Or
is the template just missing from version 3?
