IP Restriction Question

I was wonderring if someone could point me in the right direction for
setting IP filtering done through the web.config file. The filtering would
allow only people within a certain range to see info on aspx pages. If
there address was not in that range they would be redirected to different
page.

I don't think this is possible to do in the web.config file. An alternative
is to alter the IIS config. Over there you can set IP address restrictions:
