Is there any point of using Zimbra Mail over Gmail?

I recently came to know about Zimbra Mail. Though I am a Gmail user, I want to know why would someone use any mail service other than Gmail. Gmail is the most famous and mostly used emailing service (after apple mail), I never heard of Zimbra before.
Asking just out of curiosity, is there any feature in zimbra which makes it stand out of others? If there is, should I consider using it?

The above answer done by @treekmostly22 and @priyanka0503 are the good explanation, but what about if the use need the Zimbra email data in Gmail account. For this the user can take of Softaken TGZ Conversion Suite. This will help the user to move the Zimbra TGZ files data into Gmail account without any issue. But be sure you decide to transfer the emails data accordingly.
