Issue with msgsnd

Hi,

Do anyone have an idea why i am getting an error from the system call
msgsnd with the errno set to 11, which says no more processes
available. We tuned our process parameter (nproc) with quite high
number value (11240) compare to any other server but it did not help to
resolve the issue. Any other places more i can check for digging on
this? Any help will be greatly appreciated...

Nothing you are talking about is standard C. Try a news group or mailing
list dedicated to your system, but first check the FAQ and recent
postings to the group. Had you checked this group before posting you
would have seen that your question was completely OFF topic.
