Issuing Token: "http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/04/security/trust/Issue"

Hi,

To get the token from ASP.Net WebService, what should be the
SOAPAction?

Setting it as
"http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/04/security/trust/Issue" returns me
an fault of "Unrecognized SOAP Action".
