I am developing some software for a Nextel J2ME MIDP 2.0 mobile phone.
Is there a way to obtain the device ID (imei) or phone # for phone?

Trying System.getProperty("IMEI"), which I seem to remember using.
However, your MIDlet suite may need to be signed before you'll have
access to that information.
