Java Plug-in detected JRE collission.

I just installed java plug-in 1.4.2 to run oracle form 9i. It runs
fine. But when I start my help menu (applet)
A Warning message comes up ask me to start new session because Java
Plug-in detected JRE collission.
What to do to make the menu applet work with java plug-in 1.4.2
