What do you think about a Javascript enabled wiki with personal space?
Having such a place somewhere in the net would be very convenient. For
example, if you're a developer, it can save your time and energy for
maintaining your code demos in public.
But, the convenience costs a lot. The security. Exploiters can do
various malicious things such as:
* observing the URLs of visited documents
* observing data filled into HTML forms (including passwords)
* observing the values of cookies
I'm well aware of these issues and believe there's nothing more
valuable than security, however, I'm also thinking drawing strict
policy concerning those wrong use can reasonably secure the sanity of
the service. In other words, I don't see this service is particularly
worse than other free web hosting services.
Currently, I'm test driving this wiki at:
http://wednus.com
