Javascript project

Hello. I recently began a javascript project and I was wondering if
anyone would be willing to lend me a hand. I am not a very
experienced programmer, and I would love someone(or someones) to go
over the code with me and offer suggestions, improvements, features,
etc.
The project is currently released under the CC license, but if I can
get a few more people to lend me a hand, I want to switch the license
to the GPL.

And where can we find this project?
And what is this project all about?
And which code should be reviewed?

Oops. Forgot to link.
1) http://www.jcritters.com
2) JCritters is a framework for building MS Agent style notification
"critters" for web pages
3) There is currently only one code(critter.js).

I'd pretty much like the entire thing critiqued. Also if there is
anyone willing to participate even more, or provide images(currently
Tux is a placeholder until I can find someone willing and capable of
creating a custom critter image).

I feel I've gone as far as I can right now so I'd appreciate any
comments/suggestions.
