G'day All,
I have a webpage that has javascript in it to do calculations. It's run over
a companies intranet. All the computers in the company require the person to
log on using the usual Windows user log in.
When a user who has a 'static' profile (Ie, they only access the one
machine in the office) logs in then it works fine, however, when the
managers who have roaming profiles (ie, they can log in to any machine in
the office) log in the javascript is REALLY slow to process the
calculations.
The machines in the office are running a mixture of Windows NT & Windows
2000. The browser concerned is IE5.5
Has anyone ever come across this before and if so, is there an easy fix for
this?
Thanks
Greg
