Hey all! We're running a JRuby "Bug Mash" this weekend to help attack
the bug repository and get folks more involved in the project. We'll
be giving out JRubyConf posters this round, and we hope to do these
events periodically.
You can read all about it here:
http://www.engineyard.com/blog/2010/jruby-bugmash-and-events/
We've gone through and tagged a stack of probably-easy bugs with the
"Intro" component (http://bit.ly/jruby-intro), so that's a great place
to get started. We're also more than happy to accept fixes for any of
the 400-some open bugs, so give the bug tracker
(http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/JRUBY) a scan and see if you can help
out!
We're sure 2010 is going to be an awesome year for JRuby, so help us
kick it off right!
