JTextPane and URL Paths.

I'm currently loading HTML formatted text using a JTextPane. Images seem
to load fine, except when using URLs with relative paths. Only when I
specify an absolute path do they actually display. Is there anyway to
set the base URL or tell the JTextPane where to look without specifying
the full path? I've looked at the documentation and nothing obvious
leaps out at me.

Any and all clues greatly appreciated.
