Kernel Docs MIA

I've noticed a slight snafu since installing 1.8.3:

$ ri -T Kernel
---------------------------------------------------------- Class: Kernel
(no description...)
------------------------------------------------------------------------

I can't get to the documentation for any of the Kernel method either,
but this is the only class I've noticed so far with missing
documentation.

Anyone know why this is happening?

Is there a workaround to generate the documentation for Kernel?

I confirmed the problem but haven't identified a cause.
