Logging library for C/C++ project

Can someone please recommend a logging library for c/c++?
I would like the logging library to do this:
1. enable/disable logging via a configure file at run time
2. have daily rolling log
3. free of charge

There is also a logging library in the Austria C++ alpha at:

which does those things.
