login failed after publish to IIS

hi there,
i'm using SQL Express, Visual Studio 2005, .net framework 2.0 and iis 5.
everything goes fine aftter i try to publish to my website, it always said
that my login is failed (create user using asp.net web administration tool),
what should i do ?
