Title : Project Planner / Coordinator

Description:

Provides Project Planning/Scheduling leadership and support for
Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Application Development projects.

• Leads development of project schedule including Resource Leveling,
Critical Path Analysis, Baseline Development
• Develops schedules in accordance with Program Management
Accountability System
• (PMAS) and Office of Enterprise Development (OED) ProPath processes
• Performs Earned Value Management and reporting, using ANSI/EIA-748
earned value management standard
• Generates OMB 300 reports
• Schedule Quality Assurance
• Monitoring and Controlling / Baseline tracking and control
• Coordinates corrective actions with the Project Manager
• Prepares and supports the Project Manager for decision-making
reviews and trend analysis
• Assists with the development and refinement of project management
procedures.
• Assists with the development and refinement of Project Management
Plan
