Looking for PHP freelancer

Hi, I am a web designer and I'm looking for a freelance programmer who
can do PHP programming work. I will have some upcoming work where I
need some custom CGI and/or PHP dynamic pages, and a couple of sites
that need shopping carts set up. I've been outsourcing this kind of
work to someone else who won't be able to do it anymore, so I'm
looking for someone new who is easy to work with, fast, and

There's an alt.php newsgroup, you'd probably find more PHP type people
hanging around there.
