Make ENTER key submit form - NOT WORKING?

Hello,

How do I make ENTER key act as a submit request?

As it is now, the user has to actually click "submit" for the form to
be submitted (in IE at least).

Is there any way to make the enter key submit the form?
Example:

http://www.surveysam.com/test2.html

In all browsers, when you have focus on any of the elements within the
form, when the 'enter' key is pressed, by default will submit the form.
