Is there some good mapping software out there that integrates well
with ASP apps? I need to be able to pass in several addresses, and
display a route on a map with driving directions.

Look at the options offered by MapQuest and the other big names.

Well, not necessarily for online use. Just for use internally. And
maybe something a little more reasonable (under $1,000).
