I have my personal computer with following configuration
Pentium 4 CPU 2.80 GHz
480 MB of RAM
74.52 GB of HArddisk
I am using Windows XP operating system.
My task Manager shows following configuration on performance tab.

Processes 37
Physical Memory (K)
Total 490864
Available 190776
System cache 265764
Kernel Memory (K)

i am working on embedded system in firmware development, i would like
to know
how above calculation is done.
on my system physical memory is 74.52 GB, and in above table it shows
490864
how they did this maping or calculation.
how much kernel memory allocated in above case.
What is commit charge, what total indicates in above case.
