Message Expired Error on Certain machines

Hello all, I'm using a WebService, and on my machine which has the VS.Net
Studio installed it works perfect, I also have the following installed:

WSE 1.0 (v1.0.2312)
Microsoft WSE 1.0 Settings Tool
Microsoft .NET Framework (v1.0.3705)
Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1
Microsoft .Net Compact Framework

I build the .exe and copy it to the machine I want to run it in, that
machine also has these items installed. But on that machine I get a
"Message Expired" error, what could be wrong? The are on the same network,
they both have the same Internet Access, what else can I check?
