MFC and Qt

I'd like to use MFC for ActiveX-Control-Elements and Qt as GUI-Framework
in one project. Does anybody of you have experience with combining
MFC/ActiveX and Qt? Is this even possible or should I forget this idea?

MFC sucks, especially for ActiveX controls. Use ATL.

What about .NET Windows Forms? Also I think the ClickOnce application deployment of .NET
2, is also a good alternative (I am not sure though, because I do not know exactly what
ActiveX technology is about).
