Migrating from VS 2003 to VS 2005

migarting my appliacation from VS 2003 to VS 2005
I've coverted it but now i'm getting the error
"Error 1 The type or namespace name 'EncriptDecript' could not be
found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?) C:

"
How to rectify it ?
