mobile.net applications / smart device applications.

hi guys,
I want to develop my first pocket PC .Net application. Now , I m new
here, and what I want to ask is: can i do this with mobile.net ? i have
red that it could be done using a smart device application. so i don't
know what are the criterias to choose between mobile.net applications
and smart device applications.

Hi.The mobile.net is mainly the tools to develope the web site for mobile
devices to browser.
Smart device applications is mainly tools to develope the application(win)
runon wince.
