ms build issue

hi,

we have deployed asp.net 3.5 web application by creating a build , when i
try to access my page (aspx) and submit it, i get the following error

value is null paramater : string,

i have enabled exception in visual studio but dont get to know where the
issue is

we are using wcf layer also

kindly help
