MS SQL Server: NT Authentication. Possible?

Hi!
Is it somehow possible to access an MS SQL Server database from python
by NT-Authentication or do I have only the possibility to use an
SQL-Account with DB = odbc.odbc(myDB/myAccount/myPW) ?
