Multi-tabbed grid (i.e. table) display

Trying to create an Ajax app that displays multiple grids (i.e. tables)
in one page). Each table is displayed in a 'panel' with a tab, and by
selecting a tab, the associated table data is displayed - this is
similar to how multi-tabbed browsers work.

Could someone please show me how to do this - if a script already exists
for doing this, please point me to it. Thanks

Do you mean like a spreadsheet?
