I assume you don't want anybody to read it, being so dark and all. I
certainly could not.

You did not test it with different font sizes. With a larger font size (in
an attempt to actually see the text) the background repeats and looks rather
ugly.

Why is it so small and fixed in the middle of my canvas?

The navigation is useless to the 15% or so of viewers without javascript
enabled and is largely mystery meat navigation to start with.

Dreamweaver. Enough said. I would never hire a web author who used
dreamweaver. That is where this probably came from:

My opinion but I actually do not like the site at all. I also don't like the
three sites in your portfolio. Each has a different set of accessibility
problems and none of them are liquid.

Sorry to be harsh but that is my opinion

Speaking as an old bloke with tired eyes - I couldn't make out anything on
the home page except for a few buttons and a silhouette. I hovered over the
buttons in the hope of a readable title/alt attribute that would at least
have been readable.

When I got to a page where I (just) could make out text, I was astonished to
find a) that you are a graphic designer and b) all your sites are SE
optimised. I'm afraid that, as the site stands, it doesn't demonstrate
either of those features.

I'm sure that there are positive things to say about the site; however,
quite literally, I couldn't see them

Got intrigued after the first two replies so decided to visit.

I am visually impaired .. although enjoy enough sight to not require screen
readers etc. Liked the opening page but have to say that anybody viewing it
would need more information regarding the button menu. I had to read the
URL target at the bottom of my browser to see where each link took me. This
could be helped with at the very least a tooltip like the title="" attribute
being used.

So I went to the next page and I'm afraid I had to leave as I could not see
the text at all. At this point I'm sorry to say I left the site withknowing
what it was all about or who you or your organisation is about.

I do like the basic layout and effect but it only lacks the ability to
extract the relevant information which is in essence the whole point of any
website.

site is:

I'd say not, considering how many <td> tags and other cruft an SE would
have to trudge through before it got to that "Welcome".

At first I thought I'd accidentally clicked "select all", then I thought
maybe I'd forgotten to remove my sunglasses when I came in. ;-)

Overall it's way too dark (imagine how it looks for folks with older, less
bright monitors) & I dislike clicking on things unless I know what they are
first, such as your mysterious nav buttons (unless I expand to full screen
I can't see your menu images below your pic)

What's with all the empty table cells? What is that for?
