questions list.
Need about 500 questions.

For reference, please give us your best example of a question that you
consider "expert".

I'm think of something like Herb Sutter's "Guru" questions, and that 500
of them would be a million-$ effort.

The target of <schaum c++> on Google yields a bunch of hits. I have the C
version but have not seen the C++ version. I guess I would expect it to be
pretty thin at the expert level. IMO experts have to be judged on a one on
one basis.
