Need Help about Cascading DropDown

I data into cascading drop down using datareader.....once i click the button,i am passing selected dropdown value to a string..upto this every thing ok..my problem is...once its pass the value i want to show the records from the first......anybody help for dis?

Did you check CascadingDropDown sample on asp.net web site?
