In any case, you need to sit down and figure out how to write an
intelligible question, using things like sentences with nouns and
verbs.

After that, if it is about web sites and not about the C language, do
not post it here.

In any case, you need to sit down and figure out how to write an

I bet it's someone whose native language is English alright, but who
has never used a computer (or even a typewriter) in his life. It
probably took him 10 minutes to write that amount of text, using one
finger, carefully searching every single letter from the keyboard.
Things like editing the written text to fix mistakes would be completely
akin to rocket science.
