Need recommendation: flexible Outlook like Calendar control

I'm creating an asp.net web calendar application that will be function much
like the Outlook calendar. Features include...

Ability to see a month, week, day or custom view (including viewing
appointments "from a glance")
Ability to easily add, delete, edit appointments for several people
(in-calendar appointment adding/editing/deleting would be a plus)
Ability to create reocurring apopintments
AJAX is a plus but not necessary
Etc

Any good ASP.NET calendar controls you can recommend that will help me with
this?

I will be using a SQL Server db as a backend.
