new webservice

I'm creating a new web service with Visual Studio.NET, but the answer is:
Unable to create Web Project "WebService1". Unable to validate that the file
path "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\WebService1" matches the URL path
"http://Localhost/WebService1".
A connection with the server could not be established.
What does it mean?

What do you mean for Integrated Security ? (my OS is WinXP Pro).

It's an option in the IIS Management Console. It's turned on by default, but
maybe you've switched it off...

- Security tab
- Edit
- Integrated Windows Security

- Directory Security tab
- Anonymous access and authentication control - Edit
I have not Integrated Windows Security but Integrated Windows Authentication
(turned on)
