Hi,
I am completley new to Ajax but would just like a few pointers about
developing custom controls.
There are a number of core controls I need to develop that need to
able to be compiled into DLL's so that they can be shared amongst
several different web applications. Am I right in thinking that you
would go about this by creating an ASP.NET Ajax Server Control?
If so, the controls I wish to develop contain a number of the standard
controls and it would be nice if I could use the designer in VS2008 to
allow me draw out the appearance of the control? Is that possible or
does all the rendering logic have to be coded directly?
Any advice or links would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Tristan.
