Hi all
before I get all flamed and yelled at which is the appropriate newsgroup to
ask verry simple c questions, in this instance it is about a stack.
thanks

If it's really a question about the C programming language, this is
the place. If it's specific to some system (it sounds like it
probably isn't), try a newsgroup specific to that system. If it's
about algorithms (i.e., if the language you're using really has
nothing to do with the question), comp.programming is probably a good
place to start.

A good guide to comp.lang.c topicality is at
<http://www.stanford.edu/~blp/writings/clc/off-topic.html>.

But really, you probably don't have to worry too much about being
flamed here. We don't bite ... much.

A stack like the data structure?
or the stack like the CPUs stack?

Is your question about how to implement a stack in C, or about the
computer's internal stack? If it's the former, then this is the right
place. If it's the latter, the right place would be a newsgroup
dedicated to your own OS.
