I want to create , edit , process PDF files on the fly with C course
code (Also with Perl!).

How can I do that ? Any free library ?

Please advice...

This also isn't a C question. You need to learn how to do websearches. See
if there are any freeware programmes or libraries around that can create
PDF (try the gnu archives for instance. Thats a hint. ). Then move on from
there.

Buy a Macintosh. It's embedded in the basic system and you can access it with
Objective-C, C++, or Java.
