Open an image

Hi, i have to load an image (with any format) and save it with a matrix
format, because i have to pass it like parameter to another application that
required a matrix format. I know that i must use the windows Gdi but i don't
know what i do in specific!

No, unfortunately we cannot. You need comp.os.ms-windows.programmer.win32
newsgroup or one of 'microsoft.public.*' ones (I am not sure which). Here
we talk C++ _language_, and your problem doesn't seem to be of that kind.

Use http://groups.google.com to seek the answer, or a more appropriate
newsgroup. This one is only qualified to discuss the C++ language itself
(and not everyone here uses Win32, either!).
