Open source XML parser library and editor?

I'm searching for an open source C++ xml parser library, that also can
edit the xml, add new tags, attributes and so on, not just parse them.

Do you know any?

Did you try google? Didn't it show you Xerces?

I tried, but i thought Xerces was just for reading. But i'll use that,
