OpenVMS support?

Hi,

just a quick question: has anyone ever attempted/succeeded to get Ruby
running under OpenVMS? I believe I've seen some references to VMS in the
build support, but searching the web didn't reveal anything specific.

I'm myself using OpenVMS/Alpha 7.3.1 occasionally and it would be nice to
have access to Ruby there as well.

AKIYOSHI Masamichi from HP is working on VMS port. If you have
something to report, contact him. See ChangeLog file for his address.
